Lisa et son associé, Oliver, sont spécialistes en aménagement et décoration de magasins. Ils adorent leur métier, qui les oblige à voyager sans cesse, mais rêvent de s'installer et à terme, d'ouvrir leur propre boutique. Lisa se rend à Evergreen, où elle a vécu jusqu'à ses 7 ans, pour y retrouver l'ambiance des Noëls de son enfance. Elle y fait la connaissance de Kevin, qui y a grandi lui aussi et voyage beaucoup pour son métier d'entrepreneur.
